The Pre-trial Settlement Department specializes in settling the loan debts over the telephone. This is a team of professionals in the field of mediation, negotiations and legislation of loan issues.

The main tasks are as follows:
- collection of bad debts (clients of the banks, financial organizations, housing and communal services sector and telecom companies)
- processing of inbound/outbound calls, holding negotiations, motivation of client for debt repayment
- providing a client with the information about available debts, providing consultations on restructuring issues
Required knowledge and skills:
- experience in the financial sector, understanding the nature of the debt collection process
- good diction, competent Russian and Ukrainian speech, negotiations experience
- confident PC user (Microsoft Office)
- responsibility, punctuality, stress-resistance, results orientation
