    Professional activity at this stage includes:

    • clear understanding of communicational instruments, its forms, procedures and principles when applying to each debtor individually (SMS, IVM, IVR, Viber \ WhattsApp messages, emails and personal communication);
    • progressive CRM system (Delta M. Collection) and IP contact center (Delta Tell) with automated dialing and receiving modes as well as wide scalability;
    • effective customer-oriented policies: from professional communication of operational managers to strict compliance with the legislation and keeping business reputation of the Partner.

    This approach basically allows returning a debtor to the status of a loyal Customer in a short time avoiding debt enforcement.

    Debt purchase

    Starting from 2017 our company has been actively involved in the purchase of portfolios of overdue debts within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Purchase conditions can be different: from a direct buyout with lump sum payment to installment payments or the purchase of a portfolio “for $ 1”. In this regard, the purchase price and the terms of the transaction are always discussed individually.
